WEAK GLUTES LINKED TO RUNNING INJURIES
Many active women have strong thighs but weak glutes. Scientists believe that weaknesses in the 'posterior chain' muscles are responsible for the higher risk of serious knee injuries in women compared to men. Canadian researchers found that women runners with weak glutes showed an increased risk of lower-body injuries, particularly in the knee. They speculated that strengthening the glutes could prevent overuse running injuries, and help injuries heal faster when they occur. (Rueters, May 4, 2009)

Solo Slim

What is Solo Slim?

Solo Slim is an all-natural dietary supplement designed to make slimming down a little easier.  Each capsule is potent enough to last you the entire day without having to take multiple pills.  The only time you need to take it is before breakfast...that's it!!

Solo Slim is made from an all-natural formula, consisting of carefully selected herbs and nutrients.  In fact, it consists of only six ingredients.

Obviously, being a personal trainer, I am going to encourage you to make healthier choices when eating.  However, Solo Slim is designed to suppress and curb your appetite while also boosting your metabolism.  You will notice that even when eating your favorite foods you will lose the desire to "finish it off".

Solo Slim is a once a day, all natural, vegetarian, dietary solution that is different from the rest.  Solo Slim does not contain any caffeine or Ephedra.  It suppresses your appetite, curbs your cravings, and boosts your metabolism in a healthy way...without the use of harmful chemical or drugs.  Additionally, there are no known side effects.  If you have taken other diet pills you will be pleasantly surprised that you can get great results using Solo Slim without the rapid heart beat, headaches, dry mouth, or insomnia.

Be a success story...
I have, unfortunately, used almost every diet pill on the market at one time or another.  Always in an effort to have a quick fix to lose weight.  None of them worked for me for any length of time and they all had negative side effects.  I decided to give Solo Slim a try and I have been using it for the past two months consistently.  I have noticed a significant decrease in my "want" to eat unhealthy carbs which is my biggest weakness.  I have lost approximately 10 pounds in 8 weeks and I couldn't be happier!

Contact me if you are interested in getting this product for yourself or your loved ones! I look forward to posting your success story!

Setting Goals!

I am not here to offer you a quick fix to losing weight...since there is no such thing! I am here, however, to encourage you to make a lifestyle change. Losing unwanted weight will take some time and effort but it is more about setting realistic and attainable goals.

  • Resolve to lose the weight slowly. Make a goal to lose 5 to 10 percent of your starting weight.
  • A realistic goal is to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week to stay healthy. This also means being realistic about your time frame.
  • Set short term goals. No matter the number of pounds you ultimately want to lose, be proud and celebrate each five pounds that gets you closer to the mark. (Hint...don't celebrate with food!!)
  • Track your progress by recording your journey in a way that works best for you. There are online programs you can use (such as Daily Burn), a notebook or keep a journal. Track your food intake and log your exercises. This will allow you to calculate your daily caloric intake and compare it how much you expend (by exercising).
  • Have a long term goal, but attain your long term goal by focusing on the short term ones!
Focus on the process of changing your habits and not just losing the weight. By changing your habits you are adopting a new lifestyle and are far more likely to keep off the weight you lose!
